Family Guide Survey

Every spring, Ohio students with 9th grade students receive copies of a red booklet titled A Guide to the Ohio Graduation Tests for Students and Families. This Guide is also available on the ODE Web site (education.ohio.gov, search for: OGT Guide). The Ohio Department of Education (ODE) is considering no longer distributing hard copies of the Guide due to budget cuts. A simplified black-and-white version of the Guide would be available on the ODE Web site for districts to download and print, or photocopy if they choose to do so. It would be very helpful if the following questions were answered.

1. Do you support this proposed change in policy?

Yes, I support having a simplified black-and-white version of the Guide available on the Internet instead of having hard copies mailed to districts   No, I would like to continue to receive hard copies of the Guide.
